Portuguese:

Bom atualizei meu samp hoje e olha como estб meu chatbox ele estб borrado ja tentei reinstalar apertar F7 e etc...
Alguem por favor me da uma soluзгo.

Well I upgraded my samp today and looks like he's my chatbox is already blurred press F7 and tried reinstalling etc ...
Someone please give me a solution.

Add directmode=1 to samp.cfg found in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SA-MP it should fix the problem.
