was wondering if it is possible to make a filterscript that is like a plane with open back door , that vehicles can drive in
then after a certain amount of time it takes off from one place only and lands at a island out at sea lets the players out then goes back and forth . collecting players and taking them back ?

i would guess using a npc would be better for it but i was wondering if possible

Yes it's possible, you could use the big plane with opened backdoor and script door closing/opening and even flying with moveobject
