Can someone please tell me which is the most advanced, complicated and feature-packed roleplay script is ?
I want to edit it and use it for my server...

Scripting your own is the best way. Anyways depend what GM would you like. RP Vortex RP 2.0, Trucking GameMode FTW too.

Yeah it could be better if you script a new one. I should suggest you to refer Godfather script to fulfil it... you can also get more reference from here http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=71

i suggest you to download a gamemode which has the basic features of roleplay which means a base script which will have the basic things so you will easily script into it...

Vortex 2.0 the MySQL one. Very great gamemode, mostly everything is dynamic too. Easy to use and setup if you know some MySQL knowledge.
