I want a command like

Usage: You can teleport from 1 to 10 to you.

Ya. Im not too comfortable with sscanf tho, I'm not entirely sure if it will return as much as it can or if it will just throw it's hands in the air and return nothing on fail.
If it does the latter, my code won't work for shit
