Hi i am creating my own roleplay script, but anyway cutting to the chase i have 2 questions:

1. Can anybody give me a brief tutorial on how to create static factions (NOT TEAMS WHICH ARE BASED ON CLASSES..sorry for caps :P) and then with these static factions how can i create a /invite command.

2.How can i create a simple job system which has a simple objective to it.. for example how NGG have their pizza job where you have to deliver to houses.
