[Paying/PayPal] Hiring professional scripter. [mysql in dialogs] - GamingTurf - 15.12.2011

Currently, this dialog brings up all the members with a certain field in their MySQL. It keeps showing page after page, but how can i make a 'Next Page' for it? I'm stuck and need some professional help.
