My GTA Problem. - Frank Biohazard - 14.12.2011

Well, My GTA was totally crashed, So I had to uninstall it, I started my Configuration Screen and attempted to uninstall GTA.exe, I received a message in my screen with this: There is a problem with starting of: C:/Program Files/Common Files/InstallShield/Profes/RunTime/10/50/intel32/Ctor.dll

I deleted every file of SA, I know it was dumb but I didn't knew what to do, So I deleted every file and when I started install.exe I came on the GTA SA Screen, And instead of displaying Install GTA San Andreas, It says Play GTA San Andreas.. I couldn't start the game cuz my GTA.exe was gone
