Can somebody HELP not do, me with something - NewerthRoleplay - 14.12.2011

Hi im creating my own script and i would like some help with creating a job and faction system so if anybody who knows how to create one just PM me and we can speak. Also i would like to have help with it, i wouldnt like any of you to make it for me but you can if you really want to (but cheating wont let me learn anything :P).

I have already looked at that but isnt that for what class you have i want it so each faction has its own commands and a admin can have access to the command /makeleader xx xx=faction id OBV XD
