Try to port-forward again, appears that you fucked up something with port-forwarding.

If it is online in Internet list then try to get your IP from cmyip.com and check in Typefish.

i have added my server to samp and i can find it in Internet how But Ther is no adress and no one can join my server what i do ?

I had the same problem, but after i changed the port it worked
