I need help converting! - JackBrown - 10.12.2011

Hey, I really need help converting a gamemode (SATDM). Me and my friend spent 2 days trying to do it! We just get errors, we have updated all of the plugins etc.. recompiled the gamemode and filterscript, copied over the new server etc, 03d includes.. Someone please give me a very detailed tutorial how to do it!
