San Andreas Crashes + MTA also - Spooky - 10.12.2011

My Samp is working properly but when i open Gta San Andreas
It opens then i goto load game and when i select a game and clicks on it then it crashes and message it gives is
Gta San andreas stopped working.

And when i open Multi Theft Auto. it opens and when i click Map Editor then it crashes and gives a message
that Click ok to terminate Application.
0xff17bla bla bla.

Please help me

ANd also
i think that i am missing a file of san andreas
but i dont know which and i am not sure.

I Am not sure that i am not having a file
and i cannot reinstall because my laptop DVD do not works lol.
Please Help
