Maybe two other Belgian festivals for you:
Laundry day is VERY much alike, in Antwerp
Netsky & Murdock with live drummer & MC Jenna G was awesome

and Elements Festival is small, cheap and has a lot of good Dubstep (next year they gonna have dnb again). 2nd year of this festival and already 9k people!

its a small festival though it's been very full this year(the video is from '09)
This years headliner have been zebrahead and there has been dogeatdog as surprise too again^^
last year the headliner was good charlotte
