Im trying to solve this problem few days but can't.
I have problem same like this guy :

RAM is, as said before, a good idea, if it suddenly stopped working without changing anything on your computer.
Take out all RAM sticks. Then put them in one-by-one and retest, so you can test every ram module on its own. If the same error occurs for every single ram module, it is probably okay. If you only got one ram stick, try to get another one of the same type for testing, e.g. from a friend.
Another thing is reinstalling windows xp (I think this was possible with xp, boot from the xp cd, start installation, and select reinstall somewhere) so the HDD isnt reformatted and you dont loose all your data and settings.

Please don't talk nonsense, BSOD usually appears when the Windows XP files are damaged or corrupt, reinstalling it should do the job.

If you would have read my FULL response you would know i was helping the guy, not that your comment is very helpfull.
BTW You where the one responding to he's comment, do not blame me for your job.
@OP: Like i said 3 times before, try to reinstall Windows XP.
