Nobody individually owns SA-MP... it's more of a team effort. I'm sure there is likely to be one person in charge, but I don't know their names... I don't think they really want to be known apart from their SA-MP names xD
For now... I'd just say the SA-MP people own SA-MP.

Kalcor created Sa:mp. But, He didn't created in his own. Credits should go for the team aswell

But he asked who _OWNS_ SA:MP, not who's in the team. Beta testers don't own SA:MP, do they? Kalcor is the owner/creator.

Kalkor is the creator.. So sa-mp is owned by him, but there is the whole team.

Read my post properly, I didn't say they own it, I said the CREDITS for the creation should go for them aswell..
Coz they also helped Kalcor..
