[HELP] Register/Login Script - olabv - 07.12.2011

Hello, i am having a issue with that player files dosent get created in scriptfiles/Accounts. but i do get one single file wich say %s.txt. i think its something wrong with a string but i dont know?

Please help me i will +rep for help
