look guys i got server storage i uploaded all the files and edited the server.cfg like this

lanmode 0
rcon_password 123456
hostname SA-MP 0.3 Server
gamemode0 larp 1
filterscripts Admin base gl_actions gl_property gl_realtime
announce 0plugins streamer.so
query 1
weburl www.sa-mp.com

the server ip is:213.8.28.68:4903

what do i do wrong ?!?!

look my problem is that my server is not working it just wont work i gave all the details that i need if some one can help i really need it i will make the helper admin in this server so please help
and the media fire files its revens rp public rp mod cheak out in the forum
