0.3d Screen tear bug - firesinge4 - 06.12.2011

Sometimes, not all the time, I get screen tear with the new 0.3d. I turn around and all the building have to start generating and everything's gone all low quality.
Is it just me or is anyone else getting this bug?

nothing noticed yet.
Check whether it also happens in GTA SA itself.
