I have seen this link and I think you'd enjoy it...
It's Incognito's streamer plugin v2.6 and since it is hard to find in the topic itself, I give you this link...

Hope it helps people finding the link and as Edga quoted, it might have some bugs because remember that it is not officially made public by Incognito himself...
