So, this bug began to happen on 0.3d RC7 version and it was fixed on 0.3d RC8 version and RC9 but now the 0.3d final was released and this bug came back, please someone from the Samp team see this topic and fix the bug once again please!

Add directmode=1 to samp.cfg found in My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SA-MP
