I've saw that 0.3d is officialy out so i've got a question: "If i have 0.3d client can i still play on 0.3c servers?"

Why you don't test before ask?

You can't play in 0.3c servers using 0.3d client.

No, you can't. You'll need to downgrade to play 0.3c servers, but most servers will upgrade to 0.3d within the next 48 hours.
