This is because you are attempting to join servers that are hosted in 0.3c...
If you want to join these servers, you must use 0.3c
You cannot join 0.3c, 0.3b or 0.3a servers from the 0.3d client version

You can usually tell by the sidebar or where it tells you server information.
Under the thing where it tell's you who is in the server, you will see:
Gravity, mapname, version, weather, url etc.
Look next to 'Version' and see whether it is 0.3d or 0.3c

You can either upload the files yourself, or simply wait until ServerFFS releases the 0.3d update. Volt-Host has released the 0.3d Update to all clients, ServerFFS shouldn't be too far behind.

This is most likely your internet connection, if you're using Wi-fi make sure you're in an open room (Preferrably near windows or easily accessed rooms) so that you get the best signal strength, also try to move closer to your wireless adapter/modem. If you're using a DSL Modem or router, you may want to seek expert advice from electronics stores about buying the newest version. If not, ignore this and just hope it goes away soon.
