/changename command.. - Luis- - 30.11.2011

I know how to make a changename command but I was planning to make it so when a user sues the command, it will send an admin message to all the on duty admins saying "Player A wants to change his name to New Name, to confirm this type /confirm or to deny it type /deny.", if you type deny the name change request will be forgotten and a message would be sent to the layer who wants his name changed, if you type /confirm their name will be changed.
