Hi i am using VX-RP2 And the Hospitals interior is a Resturant, How do i change it to a Hospitals interior
If i go in Pawno, what folder i open? and then what?

The first question,

You change the groups interior id in mysql as vx-rp is MySQL script. If you need help PM me I will be happy to take a look when I get sometime.
