Ethical issues are, as far as my knowledge of the English language goes, a specific ethical question. So is it really that hard? Or am I just misunderstanding you?

lab experiments - Are we allowed to test drugs on primates?
field - is it ethical to be working with modified food without proper testing?
etc.
