Hey, i have done a New samp server and i am Wondering how i Change the Newbie Spawn Location? And the Location they spawn after coming out of ajail and Prison

Change the coordinates OnPlayerSpawn.

Yes, you can. By advertising your server here
But to do that, you will need 50 Posts and 5 Reputations.

To have a succesful server, you must:
- Have some basic scripting experience (or hire a scripter that does)
- Invest time and money into your server
- Not be a noob
- Not refund anything at all, unless you want a crap economy
- Have a stable and mature admin team
- Have a forum for your server (no freeforums.org or similar)
- ...

This isn't the place to discuss that. This board is for scripting discussion. The only similar thing anyone will (well, should) help with in this board (section, not the entire forum.) is NPCs.
