between a IP address that contain numbers and that are made up of words ?
tell the advantages and disadvantages.

there arent ips with words.... that's a masked ip afaik
well with words its easier to write....
and with numbers its harder to write.
words masking an ip looks nice thought

A IP made up of words is actually a sub-domain of a specified site that redirects to the numeric IP. There aren't any advantages and disadvantages.
lol.lmfao.rofl:7777 = 123.456.88.55:7777.
You can use the numeric IP to add it to game monitor.

to make a dynamic ip to a static one we use it..
so what are the advantages and disadvantages ?

I guess the advantage of having it with letters, is that if you ever need to change your ip, then you can update your letter version, and then all users will be redirected to your new real server IP (if they had your letter ip version at their favourite list). So when you make a banner for your server, you can have the letter version there, and not need to update the banner, since if you need iP change, then you just manually update the server letter ip version, to redirect to the new ip.

but the number ip changed but i have seen some guys add letter ip to some monitor website ...
