Server Version: 0.3c R2
Plugins: Streamer, MySQL GStylezz, sscanf
System: Debian Squeeze, 64-bit

Try to upgrade to R5, that's all that I can say

Update "libc" (C runtime I believe). There is an error in it.

This is related to the MySQL plugin (after investigating the MySQL plugin thread)

Go and download the latest version.

Update MySQL plugin and also your SA-MP Server version.
