when i try to add a new thread in server advertisements it deos not let me
i want to advertise my server.
why do i not have premission to make a thread there?

You need at least +3 (or something) reputation points.

As mentioned above, you need +5reputations before you can post an advertisement.
EDIT: Not ranks, You need REPUTATIONS
