Ive been getting this error an my server doesnt start,

Error : Could not connect to YSI
update sever <response was 006>

How do i fix this?

I hire this server from a game server company.
Company said nothin to do with firewall.

I have update to 0.3c r5 an back to 0.3c r2 , etc ,
an i keep gettin the same error.Any other solutions?
