Game Engine Suggestion? -
TheArcher - 24.11.2011
Hello everyone. I've done a part of my first 3d person video game using unity 3d engine. Also it's limited beacuse there's a PRO version which is better than the free one.
My question is do you know other game engines which i can develop & compile the games in Windows, Mac & Android? Kindly a free one
Thank you.

Although maybe a little more work is required, Game Maker is cheap! I use it because it has 3D support and awesome multi-player support with some DLLs.

@legodude Hoho didn't know that Cry-Company has a Open Game Engine? That's good thanks i'll try it.
@TheJayMan Thanks to you too, it's quite simple to use that but the graphic is kinda old.
And anyways i still waiting for other answers.

http://www.panda3d.org/ I heard it is good, I tried it, looks OK but I cannot program with that. Disney use it too, and it's free.

You can try UDK.

It is free and very powerful. There is a something like visual scripting and other awesome stuff. Definetly recommending.

Stay on Unity, its a great program! I used to use it when I was doing Introduction to 3D modelling in college for 5 weeks, perfect stuff

@iNorton Yes, it's very powerful, excelent graphic, but the only bad thing is that it's very limited such as no PRO Shadows, no advanced functions, only Windows Build.
@Bumbis Thanks for sharing, another powerful game engine too.

Working on Android, I found it just as easy to make my own system. Doesn't have a learning curve (assuming you know java), and you're only limited by what you know.
