Now here is the big failure everyone does not see, Phone book has only HOME LANDLINE numbers stored, so your house number NOT A BLOODY mobile phone! take it off seriously... It kills the rp and metas like fuck.

Depends on your location.
Back in Russia i could buy cigars for 2.5-3 dollars. Here in Canada they cost about 7-10 dollars.
