Dont know what caused this, but I think some others also had that problem before, maybe some unlucky samp memory accident.
You can delete your userdata.dat in home/gta user files/samp. This contains your favourite list so you dont have to delete it all manually.

But that's the only way afaik, except removing one by one which is a bit...eh lol
