Ok did you edit the audio.ini file? and add your .mp3 or whatever audio file to the default_pack folder?Seriously dude read the tutorial under the plugin thread to learn how to use it.
Also try to understand the damn error: It says clearly "Error opening "audiopacks/default_pack/example.mp3"" what the error is.
