SAMP won't load, also crashinfo [help me pl0x!!] - KoczkaHUN - 20.11.2011

Hi all,

My brother told me that his SAMP is not working.
All he could got is a message telling a runtime error when trying to connect to a server (immediately):

OS: Windows XP
Mods: only 3 TXD files changed with SAMI
Single Player works fine!

I hate to bump posts, and I normally never do it, but now it is very important.
Kalcor - or anybody -, do you know how can I solve this issue with SAMP?

It won't work, as I said, Single Player is working fine without problems (and SA-MP had been worked for a long time before something happened).
Also, we tried to reinstall SA-MP Client, temporarily delete GTA San Andreas User Files directory, nothing worked.

Re-installed the GTA and now this error throw:

Translation: gta_sa.exe - Application error: The application failed to initialize properly (000007b). To terminate the application, click OK

Re-install Microsoft Visual C++, and then JUST remove the mods, if succes, re-install them.
