Faction Ranks[+Rep] - nmader - 19.11.2011

Alright, I have been asking a lot of question about faction creation lately, mainly, for one reason, my server is based off of factions, so, today -This time- I will be asking how to make a /invite command, which will only be able to be set at the top ranks (7 to 10) I have no idea where to start personally.

Any tutorials, or help via comment or PM would get greatly appreciated!
