Hello there. (Posted here since it's might be server problem)
Me and my friend wanted to play SAMP on LAN (WLAN, ad-hoc), so I've setted up a server (0.3d RC9), and got it running and one guy connects, everything fine, we played for hours... So after a day we found more ppl wanting to play with us, so we gave them our copies of SA, they installed RC9-2 and yet, no-one except my friend and myself (host) couldn't connect to the server, i see "Incomming connection" flood on RCON but all they get is Server did not respond. We tried disabling all firewalls etc but nothing helped by now. Ban list is clear. Any ideas how to fix this?
Add-on:
* I noticed they have different IP format but that shouldn't be a problem
* We don't have other way to connect to eachother since we play it on college with routers blocking our ports
* Those are not bot attacks, those are my friends @ college, the can't connect!
* We all use Win 7 Professional edition
* I also home-hpst my RP server which is under development, no-one had trouble connecting it from any part of the world
* server does not had 2 player limit, we also tried giving them chance to connect first

There is already official 0.3d download it form here http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3d-install.exe and also update your server files. http://filebeam.com/7abc3488079b052a7ced18260d30e340 here i made u and zip archive u just copy and paste all those files to the server folder and youre done. You now just have to compile the .pwn file with the new pawno
. Don't forget to install the 0.3d

They need 0.3d client.

Make sure they are using the 0.3d client that goes with the server version. For example, they can't use 0.3c for 0.3d and vice versa.

this happens to me too. Mine is because i host on my own PC and keeping it open all night and still using the internet causes slow connection and only 1 person can connect. i try to restart when no one is in
