Hey, Now dont take me for a fool ts just a general question. Is there or Is it possible to create a plugin to download pawn code then run it in your script from a website?.

P.S Sorry to sound like an idiot ut its just me being stupid :P.

Not really, because the code has to be compiled into a .amx format for use with the server.
