Umm hi i need help with checkpoints

see i am trying to make a Freeroam/rolepaly
like the eLg

i need help
when player uses
/buyskin

they need to be in the checkpoint

but the checkpoint is scarred all around San-andreas
i need them to detect the coords of the skin checkpoints

IsPlayerInCheckpoint or IsPlayerInDynamicCP if you're using Incognito's Streamer.
