Yes, you did. This is a copy-paste tutorial. Better yet, you do not even say what your commands do.

- Still using strcmp + ignoring (or no knowledge about ) the length paramter of this function
- Identation?

I totally agree with Mr_Scripter. Since this is a tutorial for "Some Commands for Beginners", you should explain why did you do something. If else people can't learn from seeing a finished code and paste it to his/her gamemode or FS.
If you had an explanation for those commands, they can see how you have it and what this does to use it in the future.

He means like you posted this so beginners are just going to copy and paste your script into their pawn,
You need to explain everything.
