Gang Wars help ! - R3dX - 11.11.2011

Hello, I have a problem. We tried to make a system of gang wars. I followed this tutorial: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=276352

I followed all the steps, and when to test if it works I found that does not start the war. I set to start if only one member, if two members, three members nothing but. I mean I never had factions groove, Ballas and I introduced myself but my GM name of factions. Ex: Yakuza, La Cosa Nostra. And I want to do so that to go with factions in my GM with the tutorial.
