[0x007F5A3A] Error when changing resolution. - Rocketeer - 11.11.2011

Hey everyone i am getting an error after i try to change my resolution. I've been playing sa-mp for 5 years now and this is the first time it has happened.

1. I have installed a new video card
2. Yes i have uninstalled and installed game
3. I've used search but no valid information comes out

Please help me, and let me know how to fix this problem

I have a windows 7, and had it since it came out, so the problem is in the video card, any idea how to fix it?
