Can u tell me all reasons why can come this error: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

I need all reasons then.

Posibilities:
1. You don't have .net Framework 3.5
2. You don't have all plugins.

You don't have all plugins. Post here your all includes( in GameMode ) what do you have!

No i think i have all plugins

Includes in GM:

#include <a_samp>
#include <zcmd>
#include <sscanf2>
#include <a_mysql>
#include <streamer>

I use plugins: streamer, a_mysql, sscanf

All plugins are loaded but still that error.

check out this you might have forgot to add a scriptfile or a folder to the scriptfiles..

no i don`t use any scriptfiles, i have in scriptfiles folder only: 'Folder' propteries and 'Folder' vehicles

If you use 0.3d, and the 0.3d streamer plugin, it won't load ( not to me ), so you will receive a "Run time error 19: "File or function is not found""
