For radio, i think you need to install the Gta San Andreas with had radio.

I Installed it many times it still with no radio

If no: Buy it.
If yes: Properly uninstall, reпnstall, check drivers to be sure.

As i posted before, buy an original Gta San Andreas with $ $ not pirated, than install.
