Round Time - GAMER_PS2 - 31.10.2011

I'm making gangwar gamemode but i want some efforts like the
roundtime textdraw. that updates every one secs. Example

you set the time round to "6:00" it will be come "5:59"

Note:The Set Time Round is 6:00 (^i will not bump anymore)

Help me guys
