Swimming / Running. - Fool - 30.10.2011

Yeah, I've seen people swim faster and some don't. I've even seen people run more then other people.

However, Is there a way to deal with thus? It would be nice.

The speed in which you swim depends on your FPS (strangely). This is a GTA bug, not a SA-MP bug.
