if you have a server, download it and copy files to gamemode folder then put in server.cfg
in line

man i got this GM on my server this is one of the best GM in the world is full with stunt places annd all its very cool but i modified a little bit i make the GM in rumanien (i keept the credits and all) also this is very cool and if it wont to test this look at my server 78.96.4.125:7777
