Help.. Login Screen - JakoLegend - 28.10.2011

How do i get like a border around it, if you go on next generation roleplay, they have a black border sort of and showing the game in the middle, Next gens ip: 69.162.87.122:7777

Anybody help me out?

and also how to add messages at the bottom of it

There's 4 textdraws, both using boxes, two black and two blue.
