As I remember there is 1 object with moving water, however i don't know it's id. It'll look more better than just a frozen water object.

The map looks nice thought.

I think that particular object is named "Waterfall" or similar, vegaswaterfall perhaps or vgs, well, search and you will find! (Not sure It'd look any better though.)

Object ID 9831, is waterfall with moving water.
