1.how would i go abouts scripting in a code refresh a player....ie: "/bugged" ....and when this person types it in, they get to keep there weapons, stay in the place that they typed it and stay on duty without anything really changing..but it kinda refreshes the server for them...for people that are maybe stuck in a car, map not loaded, etc.......a close example is some servers with /thawme, but instead of thawing, it kinda refreshes them so there map reloads properly and what not....

2. any exit car command for people that are stuck in vehicles...so if they get stuck, /exitcar would let them out
