Custom object for 0.3c? - RelaxCafe - 26.10.2011

I searched. Didn't find anything. Now is there a TUT that could help me on how to create a custom object?
I use MTA object editor and started on the JErneil's map editor. So how do I get to create a simple one? Like, my own ramp..
